    That's murloc for "Welcome to Murloc Mondays" - where people can ask any type of question about WoW without getting strangled by a Death Knight.
    Questions can range from what's new in Battle for Azeroth, what class is OP, and how many Demons will it take to down Thrall?
    Questions can come from brand new players, players returning, or veteran players who never got a chance to ask the right question. Afraid of not getting an answer? Rest assured, we know that at least 90% of questions get answered!

    You may want to look at /r/wownoob (Retail), or /r/AzerothNoob (Classic) as well!

    Here are some handy guides to start your adventure in Battle for Azeroth for the first time or start World of Warcraft as a brand new player or start Classic World of Warcraft as a brand new player.

    Unless you played in the current expansion, pretty much everything has changed. If you're returning after a very long break, check out the WoW Returning Players Guide.

    If you are returning from earlier in Battle for Azeroth, check out the guides for gearing up, unlocking Nazjatar and Mechagon, and flying.

    I love Suramar, the nightborne lore, their armour and looks. But they're impossible to play or enjoy.

    I understand that the allied races weren't supposed to be too complex but the early allied races look like blizzard spent about five minutes on them in total. The nightborne especially

    They have the godawful 'headache' casting animations, minimal customisation and half of their hairstyles look like they aren't even supposed to be there. The nightborne are so cool in concept and I feel like blizz could treat them like some of the fancier allied races (as the Zandalari, Kul'tiran onwards look amazing and feel great to play)

    TL:DR I'd like Blizzard to update nightborne as they were wasted as an early allied race.

    Edit: I'm mainly referring to the weird stances for female nightborne and that godawful 'headache' animation. When the race is mainly 'caster' themed, spell casting animations mean a lot and the night elf animations are so ugly.

    I'd also like to clarify. When I mean the lack of effort I not only mean the lack of customisation, but the heritage armour clips through them and their hair floats off of their bodies.

    Does anyone else find the age of the Elves in wow lore kinda hilarious?

    I just love how old all the elves are, yet theyre so involved in the wow story line. Like its kind of hilarious to me that Tyrande and Malfurion are both over 10,000 years old, & Velen's 25000+ years old, yet their king is... 19. I know the Blood, High, and Void elves are all likely significantly younger than the night elves and highbourne, but many of them will still be thousands and thousands of years old.

    I just have this head canon that whenever the elves end up in the same room either inter or intra faction, they just have these eye contact giggle moments, just bonded over the time theyve all been alive. Nearly all the major elf characters have been on the same side of some conficts, and enemies in others, especially the high elves and night elves which have been involved in every major conflict in Azeroth for longer than any of the human characters have been alive.

    Can you imagine being at an alliance leadership meeting and watching Genn and Anduin dictating battle tactics, and Umbric and Malfurion just make eye contact for a second, smiling at the strangeness of being ordered around by people thousands of years younger than them.

    Or imagine Alleria and Lorethmar, making eye contact at some moment, at a point where the horde and alliance were in the same place and just laughing at the minor absurdity of the last 40 odd years of their vast life span, knowing that they'll probably outlive the great grand children of every orc and human alive, and might end up allies again in the future.

    Or that maybe they're all sort of friends despite their differences, kind of like the fight between Hawkeye and Black Widow in Civil War. Maybe all the elves of both the horde and the alliance meet up for book club once in a while, every 300 years or something, you can only be a member when you turn 1000.

    I can just imagine, that long after Anduin, Surfang, Baine and Genn are dead, any of the surviving of Thalyssra, Occuleth, Malfurion, Tyrande, Alleria, Vareesra, Umbric, Shandris, Valeeria, Liadrin, Lorethemar, and maybe Illidan + Velen might just meet up to have coffee and reminisce about events;

    ' Remember that time we all went to space?'' I miss just having a good ol old god to kill, god it was simple back then'' I miss sylvanus, why did she have to go off the deep end'' Sorry again Illidan for all the confusion for abit, did you have a good time with the titans?'' What ever happend about that drama between the Shadowsong sibilngs? Did'nt Maiev go on a killing spree of something?'' I wonder If we should invite azshara to one of these meetings? or what about prince farondis? maybe not both though....'

    Edit: Thinking about it this is the end of the era of immortal races.

    Dragons: Gave up their immorality at the end of cataNight elves: Lost their immortaility (makes the brning of teldrassil more sad imo, suddenly they all have to deal with the fact that they wont all live enough to see night elf civilzation rebuilt.Nightborne: Presumably lost their immortality with the font of the night's energy being used for demon portal stuffVoid elves: now that theyre out of the twisting nether presumably theyre mortal againNaga: Higher naga are presumably mortal with the defeat of n'zoth.

    So I guess in a few hundred years it will only be the blood elves, and some draeni, and the demon hunters left....
