    The Silver Dragon portrait has become overused, and represents two distinctly different things. This should be properly looked into, and updated to better fit the game as it is now.

    Basically the title, but to elaborate (and with a TL;DR at the bottom):

    Silver Dragon mobs used to all be rare. 8+ hour respawn timers, finding them in the wild was an uncommon occurrence unless you specifically camped for them for a long time. They also, typically, had better than average drops. Some were rare hunter tames with unique models. In any case, if you found a silver dragon, you found something uncommon, and special.

    Now? Nowadays, they toss a silver dragon on just about anything. Mob with a 30 second respawn timer that you can farm once a day for a mount or pet? Silver dragon.. Mob you can kill once per character for a guaranteed toy or leveling gear? Silver dragon. I swear I've even seen the damn thing on some world bosses.

    Now, this isn't a complaint, per se - I don't mind these mobs having a unique distinction, it helps to know which ones I've killed for the day (the portrait turns gold after your first kill in some case) but the fact is these mobs are fundamentally different from true rare spawns, that are up once every 8-72 hours or more, with extremely special, rare, unique rewards. You can't say that a leveling "kill-me-once" silver dragon is the same as a Time-Lost Proto Drake. They aren't the same.

    Because true rarespawn mobs are now different from silver dragon mobs that blizz has overused and sprinkled liberally across the last several expansions, they should get a new, unique graphic indicating their rarity. As the Silver Dragon hasn't been used for them exclusively for a long time, I think the best course of action would be a new portrait to apply to them.

    Specifically, I mean things like: Time-Lost Proto Drake, Aeonaxx, Poundfist (hell any of the Draenor mount-dropping rarespawns really), rare hunter tames like Loque or Skoll, etc.

    Hell, while we're at it with the wishful thinking, we could even split hunter pets into their own category - it would help to alleviate confusion when a random lowbie kills a rare hunter tame only to get a crystalline tear of loyalty, realizing they killed a hunter tame instead of anything valuable to them.

    TL;DR - Indicate true rare spawns with their own portrait boarder, since the silver dragon no longer means what it used to. Also, possibly separate rare hunter tames for the same reason.

    Would be great to have a place where we can all hang around and also slowly upgrade our guild hall with Reid trophies and so on.

    A guild hall is something that would still be used even if we get 10 more expansions unlike garrison halls

    Wanted to add this that might fix the problem of cities becoming empty.

    Let's say you need to build a raid trophy for your hall, you go to that city trade market and there could be a new vendor there that handles all guild hall progression.

    They don't need to and should not transfer a lot of benefits of a city into guild halls. Guild halls should be unique, a place to maybe get drunk, mini games as you wait for raid, or arenas , bgs to start or just talking shit on discord.

    Imagine if there was a system that captured maybe a gif of boss kills and you could view it in your guild hall by clicking on that trophy, have a list of all the participants names, builds, gear and so on.

    There is something to be said about how simple yet satisfying it is to do M+ or rated Arena to farm a currency that lets you buy power up to a cap (corruption resistance).

    I usually detest playing alts but after finishing gearing one character, I've started 2 more because the process of gearing and optimising was for a change rather fun.

    I hope Blizzard's one take away from the corruption system is that having an Echoes-like currency is healthy for a game that is otherwise RNG-laden as far as loot is concerned. Having short term tangible power goals with steady progression has breathed new life into gameplay loops that started to feel stale a few patches ago.

    Enchant hoofplates or something, in my mind the animation would stay the same as walking but they would be able to move on the z axis as well

    Guild Halls as a means for cross faction raiding

    I could see a world (of warcraft) where you have guild halls around in the world allowing both horde and alliance in.

    Quite often do both factions have to unite to defeat a common foe (N'zoth, legion, ...). I feel like we should be allowed to work together independent of race or allegiance for the greater good.
    Having guild headquarters outside of faction cities wouldn't mean that the factions love each other or that there are no conflicts, just that some guilds/people decided to work together instead of fighting (since we already have warmode off option).

    Anyway, since a lot of people have been asking for guild housing and a lot of people have been asking for cross-faction pve, I just feel like this would be a match made in heaven.
